Mike Hind

Founding Partner

Michael Hind co-founded RPartners in 2003 after nearly thirty years of progressively increasing levels of responsibility managing operations for National and Regional providers of Hiring Solutions. Mr. Hind’s executive experience includes managing staffing operations in the Information Technology, Engineering Scientific, Telecommunications, Aviation and Light Industrial sectors.

Lee Ann Hind

Partner & Director of Business Development

Lee Ann Hind, Partner/Director of Business Development, has nearly thirty years of sales experience. Her previous experience includes selling products, software and services. Lee Ann’s primary responsibility within RPartners is to establish and maintain relationships with clients to whom RPartners provides Technical Talent Acquisition. All the while increasing market share, visibility and credibility in the Chicago technical network. Relationships with clients and candidates means everything to us and the reason why we love what we do.
